The innovative product line for the prevention of mastitis in cows using advanced low-temperature liquid treatment processes and the technology and equipment developed by Amiagus UAB (Ltd) is one of the solutions developed by the company in cooperation with Lithuanian and foreign specialists and scientific institutions in various fields. The essential components of the equipment for low-temperature plasma treatment are protected by patents and know-how is also used for the production of these components.

The production and processing of products belonging to the group of food supplements of the new generation using precisely controlled physical processes are based on many years of scientific research and the accumulated potential of the company. These products are manufactured in compliance with the highest quality and safety standards, while integrating the latest scientific knowledge in the production processes.

Product is based on honeycomb structured catalytic unit with internal nonthermal plasma discharge (INPD), controlled using unique process control system.

The aim of the product (label) is based on the usage of composite, consisting of natural mineral material (carrier), specially selected for the target product and a functional coating.

The system, developed by Amiagus group is based on the effect of the gas ionization process on low-temperature plasma discharge on minerals, using a special ionization module and unique control system, both developed by Amiagus group, thus processing micro – nano scaled silicon dioxide particles.

It has a shape of honeycomb structure with longitudinal channels. The gas media, transported through these channels, is subjected to needed chemical reaction.

Additional opportunity for proposed catalytic unit, very effective for chemical reaction acceleration, is internal plasma discharge (IPD), realized in each longitudinal channel of the unit. This IPD, realized in each longitudinal channel of honeycomb structure, originates in the contact line along the channel and influences the media of transported gas.

As a consequence of team-work of Amiagus Group the coating for different applications was developed.

The coating on the basis of alumina is growing during special hydrothermal treatment on the surface of ceramic and metal objects and includes crystal nano particles, imbedded into surface layer of the object 

AMIAGUS has developed special supports for carbon nanotubes (CNT) growing. The shape of the support can be almost any. The most common shape - twisted cylinder of needed diameter with the honeycomb structure inside. 

Taking in account characteristics of our catalytic unit we propose to install our catalytic units for tar cracking without changes to the construction of the total gasification system and power plant gas dynamics.

The most interesting feature of our catalytic element is its low cross-sectional resistance to gas stream (back pressure). That is why we propose to put our catalytic elements in various free volumes of steam reactor and increase the overall production, not changing gas dynamics of the process.
